- Once you download the CRY App you will be asked at what distance radius from your current location you would want other CRY users to be informed of your potential danger. This distance ranges from 5 metres to 5,000 meters.
- The CRY App indicates whether you are in Danger and in need of immediate HELP or ASSISTANCE or can merely ALERT other members of an accident, or potential criminal activity in progress to which you are a witness to.
- The CRY App will never divulge or record any personal information. In order for CRY to be effective it is obviously important that members of your family, circle of friends, colleagues and associates and all other close contacts as per your phone contact list also become members of the CRY App community
- Every download is issued with a personalized Identification number which is registered only to that user’s mobile number – No names or addresses are captured. In the event of a CRY member changing or replacing a mobile device but keeping the same mobile number within their yearly subscription, CRY will automatically be activated upon download on the new mobile device without any additional fee.
